What operators ask before they switch.
How is weight measured?
Orders are weighed on receipt at our Henderson facility, and the same $1.00 per pound applies to every category — so a mixed bag of towels, sheets and aprons prices out the same way.
Is pickup really free?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are included at no charge for commercial accounts in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas. There is no minimum order, no fuel surcharge and no per-stop fee. Outside those three cities we may not be able to run the route, so ask us before you plan around it.
What counts as two business days?
Standard orders are returned within two business days of pickup. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. If you need a compressed schedule, rush service is available.
Do you handle multiple locations?
We do. Multi-property operators can run one account with several stops on the same route day, billed together at the same per-pound rate.
What do you not wash?
We handle washable commercial textiles — towels, linens, sheets, bedding, uniforms and aprons. If you have something unusual in the mix, ask and we'll tell you straight.
